In Times of Darkness, Chose Love

I have a message to share here. Love will win out.

There is a lot of unhappy news blaring at us everyday, between war, politics, and headline news there is a message for us all to chose love. This is not a Pollyanna moment, this is the time to clearly decide that you are on the side of love.

And let me tell you about the world we live in and the immense amount of love that surrounds us. Every living creature is filled with love. When I speak of living, I am looking beyond humanity, I am looking at the bugs and insects, the frogs and snakes, the little lizards that accompany me on my daily walk over a bed of living, growing crystals, infused with - you guessed it: LOVE. And let's not forget the birds, the animals, all the trees and plants - they all are on the side of Love.

And people. Everyday I walk in my community and encounter others who have made the decision to stand firmly on the side of love too. They greet me with a smile. They live in a world where they are encountering a myriad of reasons to be angry or filled with hate, yet they chose love. It is not about where these people are, it is about how they chose to live their life.

So this is not a difficult decision for me. Love is the answer and when you embrace love, something wonderful happens. It sends out a signal to others who have chosen love and it creates a connection - something we all are sorely in need of.

Within these pages and at Metamorphosis GCA, we are creating a movement for Love. We seek to make radical positive change in the world. As a collective of healers, artists and educators we acknowledge that external peace depends on internal peace, We believe that with each connection, with each event, there is a healing energy that will reach out and change the world. This change is called Love. Won't you join us?
